G20 भारत की सबसे बड़ी जीत जबकि वर्ल्ड मीडिया का कहना था की ये आयोजन फेल हो जायेगा। भारत इसे सँभाल ही नहीं पायेगा। लेकिन भारत ने इसका आयोजन इतना शानदार किया और वर्ल्ड मीडिया को गलत साबित किया। आज हम जानेंगे की G20 आयोजन में भारत की 5 सबसे बड़ी जीत के बारे में।

भारत के विकास की कहानी का प्रारंभ- G20 जैसी बड़ी बैठक एक अच्छा मौका देती है कि हम बदलते भारत का चेहरा दुनिया को दिखाए और इस बार के G20 की भारत ने मेजबानी करते हुआ दिखाया की भारत कितनी जल्दी तरक्की कर रहा है फिर चाहे वो UPI के माध्यम से पैसो का लेन देन हो या फिर हमारा कल्चर या हमारा बुनियादी ढांचे का विकास करना (developing infrastructure). G20 बैठक का आयोजन इस बार भारत के दिल्ली में बनाये गए भारत मंडपम (Bharat Mandapam) में किया गया था। ये 123 Acres में फैला हुआ भारत का सबसे Hi-Tech कन्वेंशन सेण्टर (Convention Center)है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ने इसका उदघाटन 26/07/2023 को किया था। दुनिया के बड़े बड़े देशो के लीडर्स यहाँ मौजूद दे और भारत ने इन सभी देशों को दिखाया की आज का भारत किसी से भी काम नहीं है।

भारत की अद्वितीय शक्तियां और बड़ी सफलता- इस साल भारत G20 का अध्यक्ष था और ये अध्यक्षता के साथ कुछ विशेष शक्तियां भी दे जाती हैं और उन्हीं में से एक विशेष शक्ति है G20 के सदस्य देशों को छोड़ कर दूसरे देशों को बुलाना। इस बार भारत ने G20 के सदस्य देशों के इलावा बांग्लादेश, सिंगापुर, स्पेन और ओमान जैसे कुल 9 देशों को बुलाया। हालाँकि इस G20 की बैठक में कुछ बड़े देशों के लीडर्स नहीं आए जिनमे रूस के प्रेजिडेंट Vladimir Putin, चीन के प्रेजिडेंट Xi Jinping आदि शामिल है और इसी कारण दुनिया की मिडिया ने ये कहा था कि इस बार का भारत का G20 बुरी तरह से विफल हो जायेगा और भारत दिल्ली डिक्लेरेशन पे सबको नहीं मना पायेगा। लेकिन हुआ इसका एक दम विपरीत। इस बार का G20 भारत ने इतना सफल बना दिया की इन सभी लीडर्स के ना होने का किसी को एहसास तक नहीं हुआ और भारत ने दुनिया के विकास के विभिन मुद्दे उठाये और इस बार का G20 केवल रूस के विरुद्ध ना होकर दुनिया की भलाई के लिए था। अगर आप दिल्ली डिक्लेरेशन को पढ़ना चाहते हैं तो इसे आप G20 की अधिकारी

अफ्रीकन यूनियन को G20 में शामिल करके भारत का ऐतिहासिक कदम- इस साल का G20 अफ्रीका के कारण हमेशा हमेशा के लिए यादगार बन गया है क्योंकि भारत ने इस साल G20 में अफ्रीकन यूनियन को शामिल करके इसे हमेशा के लिए G21 कर दिया है। हालाँकि इस संगठन का नाम G21 होगा या नहीं इस बात पर कोई स्पष्टीकरण सामने नहीं आया है लेकिन ये एक ऐतिहासिक काम है। अफ्रीकन यूनियन 55 देशों का एक समूह है जिनकी कुल आबादी 1.3 बिलियन यानि की 130 करोड़ है। इन 55 देशो की लिस्ट आपको इस (https://au.int/en/member_states/countryprofiles2) लिंक पर क्लिक करने पर मिल जाएगी। देखिये G20 के अंदर अफ्रीका को शामिल करना भारत की तरफ से एक बड़ा कदम है। ये भारत की बहुत बड़ी जीत है। अफ्रीका के अंदर इस समय का बहुत सारे निवेश के अवसर है। वहां की आबादी भी काफी युवा है और वहां की आबादी की औसत आयु 18 वर्ष है। अफ्रीका के अंदर गोल्ड डायमंड और लिथियम जैसे दुर्लभ खनिजों के भंडार हो सकते हैं। भारत के इस एक कदम से अफ्रीकन देशों के बीच भारत के लिए विश्वास और बढ़ेगा। भारत ने अफ्रीका को G20 में जोड़ कर उसे विकसित और विकासशील देशों के बिच बैठने का मौका दिया है। हालाँकि एक खबर भी सामने आयी थी कि भारत अफ्रीका के अंडर 150 बिलियन (15000 करोड़) डॉलर का निवेश 2030 तक करेगा।

कश्मीर और अरुणाचल प्रदेश: चुनौतियों के बीच मीटिंग्स का आयोजन- आपको पता ही होगा की G20 की बैठक या आयोजन देश के अलग अलग राज्यों के शहरों में होते हैं और इन्हीं में से कुछ मीटिंग्स कश्मीर और अरुणाचल प्रदेश में भी हुईं है। आप लोगों को लग रहा होगा की इसमें क्या ही बड़ी बात है लेकिन यह भारत की एक बड़ी कूटनीतिक जीत है। क्योंकि जहां एक तरफ कश्मीर को पाकिस्तान अपना बताता है वहीं दूसरी तरफ चीन भी अरुणाचल प्रदेश के कुछ हिस्सों पर अपना अधिकार जमाता है। इन हालातों में यहां मीटिंग्स करना और दुनिया के राजनयिकों का यहां आना हमारी एक बड़ी जीत है क्योंकि इन मुद्दों पर कोई भी देश खुलकर भारत का समर्थन नहीं करता और खासकर चीन के विरुद्ध कोई भी देश नहीं जाना चाहता लेकिन इन मीटिंग्स का यहाँ आयोजन करना ये दर्शाता है कि भारत अब चुप नहीं बैठने वाला और दुनिया के राजनयिकों का यहां आना ये दर्शाता है कि वे भी भारत के समर्थन में हैं।

बेल्ट एंड रोड इनिशिएटिव और भारत: एक विकल्प का आगमन- चीन की सबसे बड़ी परियोजना (PROJECT ) जिसका नाम है बेल्ट एंड रोड इनिशिएटिव (BELT AND ROAD INITIATIVE ). जिसमे चीन एशिया के कुछ देशों को यूरोप से जोड़ने का प्रयास कर रहा है और वो इसमें लगभग 1 ट्रिलियन यानि की 1 लाख करोड़ डॉलर निवेश कर चूका है। और इसका विकल्प भारत लेकर आया है जिसका नाम है इंडिया मिडिल ईस्ट यूरोप कॉरिडोर (INDIA MIDDLE EAST EUROPE CORRIDOR). इसमें हम रेलवे और जलमार्ग का इस्तेमाल करके भारत को सीधा यूरोप से जोड़ेंगे। इस प्रोजेक्ट के अंदर BHARAT, SAUDI ARABIA, UAE, USA, JORDAN, ISRAEL और EUROPE के FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY आदि देश शामिल हैं। इस प्रोजेक्ट के अंदर हम भारत को जलमार्ग से UAE से जोड़ेंगे फिर UAE से SAUDI ARABIA, JORDAN और ISRAEL से होकर EUROPE तक जायेंगे।

अब इतने सफल G20 के बाद भी कुछ लोग जो भारत की तरक्की से जलते हैं वे कुरेत कुरेत कर कुछ न कुछ कमियां निकालेंगे। देखिये हर बड़े आयोजन में कुछ गलतियां तो होती ही हैं। लेकिन ये हम पर निर्भर करता है कि हम इन लोगों की बातों पर ध्यान दे या देश की नयी उभरती हुई छवि को देखें और खुशियाँ बनाए।
